About the Program

Adobe’s Apprenticeship Program is a structured twelve-month training program designed to develop the next generation of technical support professionals. Apprentices join the India Customer Engineering team, gain hands-on experience and training pertaining to customer support for Adobe Experience Cloud products, and build the skills needed to be considered, for opportunities at various companies.

The program runs in three phases:

• Months 1–2 (Foundation): Shadowing, guided case handling, product training, and onboarding to internal tools and processes

• Months 3–6 (Supported Practice): Independently handling Tier-1 cases under mentor supervision, contributing to team knowledge base articles, and attending structured upskilling sessions

• Months 7–12 (Assessed Practice): Case ownership with mentor check-ins

Role Description

As an Apprentice — Technical Support, you will be trained to empower Adobe customers by resolving product and technical queries related to Adobe Experience Cloud. You will work alongside experienced engineers, learn to navigate complex software environments, and develop the communication and problem-solving skills that define a great support professional.

What You Will Do

• Once onboarding and enablement is completed, handle inbound customer queries, with guidance from senior engineers and under the supervision of your mentor

• Troubleshoot and resolve base level technical and product issues, under the supervision of designated senior engineers, escalating more complex cases with clear documentation

• Learn to work within SLA frameworks — with the goal of meeting SLA targets independently

• Document issues accurately in the case management system following established guidelines

• Contribute to knowledge base articles as a learning deliverable, reviewed and published with mentor sign-off

• Participate in rotational shift coverage, with a gradual introduction to evening shifts after the initial onboarding period

What You Need to Succeed

Required:

• B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc graduate in the 0–6 months experience range

• Foundational knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries

• Good written and verbal communication in English

• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working in a shift environment to cater to global customer needs

Adobe Apprenticeship Program

Good to have (training will be provided during the program):

• Exposure to any one of: Java, Python, PHP, or a modern front-end framework (React, Angular)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs or web services concepts

• Experience with any CMS, CRM, or marketing automation tool

• Prior internship or project experience in technical / product support or software development

Shift & Work Model

Work from Adobe’s Noida office. Shifts are predominantly US PST time zone. Any changes in shift schedules are communicated at least one week in advance.

Evaluation

Apprentices are assessed at Month 6 (mid-program review) and Month 11 (final review). Evaluation covers:

• Case quality and resolution rate against apprentice-calibrated targets

• Technical skill development against the program learning roadmap

• Communication quality and customer handling

• Reliability, professionalism, and team contribution

Apprentices who meet the criteria at the final review may be considered, at Adobe's sole discretion, for opportunities at Adobe, including through any appropriate form of engagement after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Selection Process for Apprenticeship

Our selection process is designed to assess technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and communication — the core skills you will use every day in this role.
