1. Our Community Philosophy

At CampusToCareer, we believe that career preparation is more effective when candidates work together. Our community channels (including our WhatsApp alert groups, Telegram study channels, and LinkedIn discussions) are designed to provide a collaborative space for candidates to share resources, discuss strategies, and find verified jobs.

To maintain a helpful, welcoming, and productive environment, we require all members to follow our community guidelines. These rules exist to protect candidates from spam, scams, and harassment, ensuring a safe experience for everyone.

2. Code of Conduct & Respectful Engagement

We expect all members of the CampusToCareer community to interact respectfully:

  • Be Professional: Maintain a constructive, supportive, and professional tone when discussing career paths, resume designs, and interview experiences.
  • No Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior targeting any community member.
  • Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information (such as phone numbers, emails, or personal chat history) of other members without their express permission.

3. Anti-Spam & Promotion Guidelines

Spam ruins community interactions. To keep our channels focused on career development, we enforce strict anti-spam rules:

  • No Course Sales or Promotions: Do not post affiliate links, paid course advertisements, or promotions for third-party training institutes in our groups.
  • No Referral Spam: While candidates may share referral links for verified jobs, posting repetitive referral requests or spamming threads is prohibited.
  • Stay on Topic: Keep discussions focused on career advice, technical preparation, resume building, and active job opportunities.

Note on Violations: Accounts posting spam, promotional links, or advertising scripts are removed from our groups immediately without warning.

4. Candidate Integrity & Professional Ethics

We believe in honest preparation. Candidates must maintain ethical standards when using our resources:

  • No Assessment Cheating: Do not share active recruitment test questions or exam answers to help others cheat during active assessments.
  • Honest Submissions: When sharing interview reports or salary surveys, provide accurate, truthful descriptions of your experiences.

5. Recruiter Etiquette & Professionalism

Recruiters and corporate representatives who join our communities must interact professionally:

  • Verified Identity: Recruiters must represent their real organizations and identify their corporate roles clearly.
  • No Candidate Solicitation: Do not use our community groups to sell services, promote paid training courses, or solicit candidate fees.
  • Helpful Communication: Share clear job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and application links, responding constructively to candidate queries.

6. Moderation, Warning Systems, & Bans

Our community channels are monitored by active moderators to enforce safety rules:

  1. First Offense (Minor): The moderator will issue a warning and remove the offending post.
  2. Second Offense: The user account is suspended from the community group for 7 days.
  3. Severe Violations (Spam/Scams/Harassment): The account is banned immediately and blacklisted from all CampusToCareer groups.

7. Reporting Violations & Support Contact
