1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CampusToCareer. These Terms & Conditions (referred to as "Terms", "Service", or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Visitor", "Candidate", or "Recruiter") and CampusToCareer ("we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our website, features, preparation portals, application trackers, and editorial publications.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or reading our educational publications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately disconnect from the Platform and cease all utilization of our services.
2. User Eligibility
To access the Platform or register an account, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to utilize the Platform, and that they agree to stand responsible for your usage.
If you register an account on behalf of a corporate entity, recruiter desk, or educational institution, you represent and warrant that you possess the official legal authorization to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Platform Usage & Account Safeguards
We provide candidates with self-service tools, including job discovery boards, guides, and application trackers. You agree to use these features in accordance with the following operational rules:
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password hashes. Any action executed through your account will be deemed your authorized activity.
- Accurate Profile Submission: Candidates must provide true, current, and complete details when uploading resumes, stating skills, or building dashboard profiles. Impersonation of other candidates or falsifying academic credentials constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Academic Integrity: The programming exercises, system design blueprints, and preparation mockups hosted on our site are educational resources. Utilizing our code answers or guide scripts to commit academic dishonesty or cheat on active recruitment exams is strictly prohibited.
4. User Generated Content & Submission Licenses
CampusToCareer allows users to post, submit, or transmit content, including comments, resume files, job applications, recruiter queries, and interview feedback (collectively, "User Generated Content").
By submitting User Generated Content to the Platform, you grant CampusToCareer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, replicate, format, index, and distribute that content across our educational feeds.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, and that its publication does not violate the intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights of any third party (such as active corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements).
5. Interview Experience Reports & ATS Integrations
We curate candidate-submitted interview reports to help students prepare for upcoming hiring procedures:
- Objective Accuracy: When submitting an interview report, you must provide objective, truthful details of your experience. Fabricating test questions or corporate interaction descriptions is prohibited.
- No Confidentiality Breaches: Do not submit questions or code challenges that are explicitly protected under signed corporate NDAs or active exam restrictions.
- Partner ATS Checker Systems: Our resume optimizer relies on automated structures provided by partner portals. We do not guarantee specific optimization scores, nor do we represent that an optimized resume guarantees interviews or selection.
6. Recruiter Posting Guidelines & Verification
To maintain the high safety standards of our student community, recruiter accounts and job postings are audited against these guidelines:
- Employer Identity: Recruiters must verify their identity using verified corporate domain email addresses. We reject submissions from free email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) claiming to represent major corporate brands unless supplemental verification is provided.
- Legitimate Opportunities Only: We prohibit posting opportunities that involve multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, data-collection hubs, paid training courses, or work asking candidates for initial security fees.
- Accurate Listings: Listings must clearly state the job description, educational requisites, location type (remote, hybrid, on-site), and baseline compensation. Deceptive salary descriptions or hidden candidate fees will result in account suspension.
Compliance Enforcement: We reserve the absolute right to reject, edit, or delete any job listing at our sole discretion, without liability, if we believe the opportunity compromises candidate safety.
7. Prohibited Abuse & Prohibited Activities
To protect the stability, security, and integrity of the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Attempting to bypass access controls, breach security authentication, scan system vulnerabilities, or exploit application databases.
- Utilizing automated scrapers, crawlers, indexers, or data mining software to harvest job listings, candidate details, or guides from our pages without express written permission.
- Filing false reports or abusing flagging mechanisms to report legitimate recruiters or competitors.
- Transmitting spam, advertising scripts, link-building schemes, malware, or phishing campaigns through our contact, recruiter, or community portals.
8. Platform Availability & Technical Modifications
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, CampusToCareer does not guarantee constant, error-free platform uptime. We periodically perform scheduled system maintenance, server upgrades, and database optimization runs that may cause temporary disruptions.
We reserve the absolute right to alter, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, database cluster, or guide at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
9. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The layout, design system, logo, brand assets, site architecture, code platform, problem sets, and original editorial articles hosted on CampusToCareer are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property treaties.
You may read, download, and print individual guides and preparation blueprints for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Copying, republishing, translating, or syndicating our original guides on other websites or offline publications without express written consent constitutes copyright infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
CampusToCareer operates strictly as an educational publisher and application tracker. We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CampusToCareer, its developers, associates, or founders be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost wages, missed career opportunities, failed recruitment rounds, or database losses—resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CampusToCareer and its team from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your infringement of third-party rights.
11. Account Termination & Suspension Rights
We reserve the right, without warning, notice, or liability, to suspend, terminate, or delete your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, submitted misleading credentials, or compromised student safety.
If your account is terminated, your access to our application tracker, candidate dashboard, and recruiter tools is immediately revoked, and we may delete all user records from our databases.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and your utilization of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under this Agreement shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
