Every single query submitted through our contact form or official email addresses is reviewed by an operations associate. To ensure transparency, we adhere to the following SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets:

  • Standard Candidate Support: 24 to 48 Hours. This covers basic account settings, trouble submitting resumes, tracking details, and navigation on guides.
  • Corporate & Recruiter Help Desk: 2 to 5 Business Days. This includes verification of employer organizations, job listings approval status, invoice matching, and portal issues.
  • Critical Platform Disruption & Vulnerability Reports: Priority Review (Under 12 Hours). System disruptions, security alerts, data privacy request items, or safety concerns are escalated immediately.
  • Spam or Fraudulent Job Flagging: Under 24 Hours. When a candidate reports a suspicious recruiter or job post, the content verification team reviews it on priority to prevent early-career exploitation.

CampusToCareer operates under strict ethical publishing guidelines. We want to be clear about the nature of our business and how we assist students:

  1. We Do Not Sell Jobs: We never charge candidates for placements, exams, application links, or interview selections. Any job asking you for money is fraudulent.
  2. We Do Not Guarantee Employment: CampusToCareer is an informational publisher and organizer dashboard. We cannot force companies to interview or hire candidates.
  3. No Paid Endorsements: We do not accept sponsorship money in exchange for positive reviews of companies, courses, or training centers. All editorial reviews reflect objective, research-backed standards.
  4. Manual Verification: While we run filters to screen opportunities, the final employment agreement is strictly between the candidate and the hiring firm. Always exercise caution and verify company emails before sharing sensitive data.

By maintaining this transparency structure, we protect students and freshers from exploitation and ensure Google crawlers index our pages as a highly reliable editorial resource rather than a low-depth scraper dashboard.

Reporting Safety Issues & Suspect Jobs

If you run into an issue where an employer or listing on CampusToCareer appears to be suspicious, fake, or asking for sensitive personal information (like bank credentials or security payments), please report it immediately.

To file a safety report, use our email or the message form below with the subject "URGENT: Suspicious Listing Report". In your message, try to include:

  • The Job Title and URL link on CampusToCareer.
  • The Company Name and the name of the recruiter/communicator.
  • A brief description of why you believe the opportunity is fraudulent (e.g., asked for cash, redirected to a suspicious web page, sent WhatsApp messages from personal numbers claiming to represent corporate HR).

Once reported, our verification team will temporarily suspend the listing from our public feeds, audit the company portal, and contact the recruiter. If the post is confirmed fraudulent, it is permanently deleted, and the recruiter’s corporate IP is blacklisted.
