1. Our Accuracy Pledge

At CampusToCareer, we strive to maintain high standards of accuracy, objectivity, and reliability. We recognize that career advice and job verification details can impact candidate decisions. Therefore, we are fully committed to fixing any errors quickly and transparently.

We do not quietly modify pages to hide mistakes. When an error is identified, we correct the text and update the page timestamp. For major updates, we include a correction note to maintain trust with our community.

2. How to Report Errors

We encourage readers, students, and recruiters to notify us of any inaccuracies, broken links, or outdated coding solutions on our platform.

To report an error, please send an email to our editorial team or use our contact form. When submitting a report, please include:

  • The URL link of the page containing the error.
  • The specific text or code block you believe is incorrect.
  • The corrected information, along with any supporting sources (such as documentation links, company portal details, or corporate emails).
  • Your contact information so our team can follow up if needed.

3. Review & Verification Process

Once we receive an error report, our editors follow a structured review process:

  1. Intake & Logging: The report is logged in our tracker system and assigned to a content reviewer.
  2. Fact-Checking: We check the claim against official documentation, recruiter details, or verified portals to confirm the error.
  3. Correction Approval: If confirmed, the corrected text is drafted and approved by our editorial lead.
  4. Publishing: The page is updated with the correct details and a refreshed timestamp.

4. Correction Timelines

We resolve verified errors quickly, adhering to the following target timelines:

  • Job Application & Recruiter Links: Verified within 12 to 24 hours. Broken application links or incorrect email formats are corrected or archived on priority.
  • Salary or Compensation Details: Resolved within 24 to 48 hours to prevent misleading estimates.
  • Technical Coding Challenges & Prep Guides: Verified and resolved within 3 business days by our development reviewers.
  • General Typographical Errors: Checked during our regular content sweeps.

5. Transparency & Version History Rules

We follow clear rules when publishing corrections to maintain transparency:

  • Minor Corrections: Minor edits (such as correcting typos, grammar, or formatting details) are updated directly without a change note, though the page timestamp is refreshed.
  • Major Corrections: For errors that impact candidate decisions (such as incorrect eligibility criteria, modified application links, or incorrect compensation ranges), we add a correction note at the bottom of the article.

6. Version History & Major Corrections

We log major corrections to maintain an open archive of updates:

Correction Note Example: "Correction: An earlier version of this guide stated an incorrect eligibility criterion for the Software Engineer Associate role. The text has been corrected to reflect that only graduates from the 2026 batch are eligible. Updated June 20, 2026."
