This opportunity is strictly for Freshers applying for our 1-Year Engineering Apprenticeship Program.
Candidates must not have been employed previously or have undergone Aadhaar seeding with EPFO/ESIC through any employer.
As per the Government Apprenticeship guidelines, candidates whose Aadhaar has already been seeded due to prior employment are not eligible for this apprenticeship.
Candidates who have completed internships as part of their academic curriculum without EPFO/ESIC registration may still be eligible.
If you have already worked full-time or your Aadhaar has been linked through an employer for statutory benefits, please do not apply, as your application cannot be considered.
Position Overview:
As an Engineering Apprentice, you will be creating robust, scalable, and secure microservices that power
our SaaS platform and make governance easy for our customers. You will have the full power of AWS at
your disposal, and you will be focused on building serverless solutions (either brand new, or assisting in
migrating services to serverless), typically in TypeScript.
As part of our core governance teams, your team will fully own their services (from code to deployment
and monitoring), you will participate in architecture discussion, and regularly demo to the entire
department. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to work on AI-powered features and intelligent
automation workflows that enhance our platform's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates entry-level technical capabilities
Ability to complete smaller stories independently, and more complex ones with guidance from senior
members of the team
Curious and high potential for learning and growing as an engineer
Understand the process and keep the Flow healthy
Collaborate on AI-enhanced features and automated workflows when opportunities arise
Required Skills
2026 graduate with Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, or related field
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS and/or TypeScript in Open API specifications,
visually stunning user interfaces using Angular/React
Solid understanding of Git and best practices in source code management
Experience working with Docker and containerization technologies
Experience on SQL databases. Preferable Postgres
Desired Skills
Hands on Experience with AWS and its service offerings
Knowledge of AWS CDK, terraform
Basic knowledge of CI/CD principle
AI/ML Interest: Demonstrated curiosity about AI/ML through coursework, personal projects, or selfdirected learning
Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data processing
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts or familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow,
PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Interest in prompt engineering and working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Textract)
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or similar tools
Knowledge of data processing libraries (pandas, numpy) and basic data analysis
Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
