Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Management Trainee to join the BaaS team and support data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, dashboard development, automation, and business analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a keen interest in data-driven decision-making, and a willingness to learn emerging technologies and analytical tools. The trainee will contribute to generating meaningful insights, improving reporting processes, and supporting business strategies through accurate and reliable data analysis

Job Responsibilities (JR):

Actionable

Support data collection, extraction, and preparation activities to enable accurate reporting, dashboarding, and business analysis

Help monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies to ensure accurate reporting.

Contribute to data cleaning, formatting, and organization activities using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.

Assist in maintaining and updating existing reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
