Application Instructions:

Apprenticeships are not a full-time permanent opportunity, the program is 24 months in duration. While the program is open to those who are interested in Data Analytics careers,recent graduates and individuals with work experience in other industries may apply.

Apprentices are only eligible to apply for any other full time role at Google in the last three months of their Apprenticeship program tenure

Once onboarded, transfer of location is not permitted for apprentices.

Applicants must include a resume with their application, clearly calling out their year of graduation.

The whole process will spread across 18 to 24 weeks, kindly be patient during the same.

GOVERNMENT MANDATES FOR APPLICANTS

Candidates must possess an active mobile number linked with Aadhaar and an active personal email ID. These are mandatory requirements for registration, e-KYC, and verification processes.

Candidates must possess an Aadhaar-seeded bank account.

A person may undergo a maximum two apprenticeship training and the second training shall not be in the same trade.

Where the contract of apprenticeship is terminated for the failure on the part of the apprentice to carry out the terms of contract, the apprentice shall not be entitled to enter into another contract of Apprenticeship under the Act with any other employer.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Candidates should not have previously undergone apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act. However, candidates who have completed apprenticeship training may be considered if a minimum period of 1 year has elapsed since the date of completion. 1 year period does not apply if the previous training was terminated due to the employer's failure or default

Where an apprentice has terminated a previous apprenticeship contract, applicable government guidelines on eligibility for joining a new program shall apply

About the job

The Google Data Analytics Apprenticeship is a learning and development program for 24 months, Apprentices are expected to join in person at their assigned in-office and participate full-time (~40 hours, weekly) throughout the program. The program includes work experience with a Google team supported by external training to empower those looking to start a career in Data Analytics. You will spend 20% of your time studying in a tailored training program and the rest of the time on projects with assigned Google teams to gain hands-on experience.
