Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, automating, and qualifying customer use cases on the Cisco 8000 Platform (IOS-XR). Your work will involve generating test plans, dynamically prioritizing based on customer requirements, and leveraging the right technical expertise to drive results. This role goes beyond traditional testing—you will:

Design and develop advanced test frameworks and automation tools to support large-scale test execution.

Execute test cases through automation, verifying defects and ensuring fixes are properly validated.

Leverage AI-powered tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Build and integrate chatbots and AI assistants to support test execution, defect triaging, and on-demand knowledge retrieval.

Apply Generative AI for productivity improvements, including test case generation, YAML/config creation, log analysis, and root-cause guidance.

Proactively drive continuous improvements in test coverage, automation, and performance benchmarking, ensuring deployments meet customer scale and reliability expectations.
