About the Role:
As an Associate IT Operations Analyst, you'll begin your journey in the technology field by supporting our organization's foundational IT infrastructure. You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by assisting with the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of computer systems and peripheral equipment. Your role will include collaborating with team members to resolve basic technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer systems hardware and software.
• Help monitor system performance and identify issues.
• Support in the execution of backup procedures and restoration of systems.
• Provide operational support for application servers, database servers, and other peripheral equipment.
• Document processes and maintain logs for troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in maintaining the security of operating systems.
• Follow established protocols for system updates and maintenance.
• Support the team in various IT projects as needed.
• Liaise with team members to understand user requirements.
