As a Qualcomm Hardware Systems Engineer, you will design a complete framework or system that influences the shaping of state-of-the-art mobile, edge, auto, AR/VR, compute, IOT, wearable products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, software, testing teams, etc.) to identify hardware testing needs and integrate components into products or systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 0 to 2 years of proven experience delivering wireless hardware from concept through validation is a must

  • Seeking an experienced RF hardware designer with familiarity of 3GPP mobile handset RF standards and a background in the design of wireless products and circuitry including CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, and LTE receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers and synthesizers. Knowledge of GPS receivers and Bluetooth and WLAN transceivers considered a plus.

  • Must be versed in baseband, power, and RF layout techniques on multi-layered FR4 PCB material.

  • Experience in a product development environment is required, including comprehensive knowledge of the RF test equipment required for hardware validation.
