Job Summary

Assist Customers with queries, verify purchase details for security, identity/ report unusual/ suspicious shopping behavior, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth, secure shopping experience.

Primary Skill:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Should have knowledge about Fraud and shopping.

Proactive and positive approach to tasks.

Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shopping-related queries, orders, and transactions.

Verify purchase details to ensure secure and accurate processing.

Identify unusual shopping behavior and report potential fraud risks.
