About Applications Development at UPS Technology:

Our Application Development teams use their expertise in programming languages and software design to develop next-generation technology. They are responsible for developing the applications which track and move up to 38 million packages in a single day (4.7 billion annually). This team works closely with all of our customers to build innovative technologies that are customized to drive our business and provide the ultimate customer experience. As a member of the applications development family, you will help UPS grow and provide valuable services across the globe.

About this role:

An Associate Application Developer should accept designated Software Tool or programming language to work. They should learn and become proficient on designated Tool or programming language. Should propose ideas and solutions to the problem. Associate should be able to understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Should be a Team Player.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related area

Knowledge on various programming languages

Knowledge/experience on SAP BOBJ or any BI Tool is desirable.

Experience or knowledge in Crystal reports, Tableau or any other industry standard reporting tool is desirable.

Fresher or experience up to 2 years.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities

Highly developed analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
