Job Description
Job Title: Junior Management Trainee
Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Siruseri, Chennai
Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai or any other Hexaware office location across India (Location preferences will not be considered. Students should be flexible and willing to work at any location assigned to them)
CTC: INR 5.00 Lakhs Per Annum
Passing Batch Year: 2026
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data from various sources to create weekly/monthly performance dashboards for executive review.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose "Lean" or "Agile" solutions to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between junior staff and management, ensuring clear communication of goals and feedback.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools.
Leadership Quotient: A proven track record of leadership in college fests, sports, or internships.
Agility: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly between different types of tasks.
Presentation Skills: Strong ability to build and deliver compelling decks to senior stakeholders. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members on projects and tasks as assigned along with cross functional teams
Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program with a focus on business management or a related field.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% / 6.00 CGPA and
• Must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Must work well in a team environment and be able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
