What we’re looking for from you:

You are keen to learn more about Engineering practices adopted in the Organisation and ability to settle in the environment quicker.

You will be expected to learn quickly on the industry ways of working, understand the project documentation and domain knowledge of the project.

You will be expected to showcase incremental improvements towards your learning and development through self documentation or any related visualisation techniques.

You will be expected to work 3 days a week in office and 2 days remotely. You will be complying with the cadences set for all the team members.

You will be expected to exhibit excellent soft skills during the course of the internship.

Roles & Responsibilities

You’ll be working in an environment where there will be fully functional agile teams. During the training window, you will be assigned with mentors/ trainers who will be incrementally accessing your capability.

A solid understanding of Software Development lifecycle and strengthen a specific skill set in the training period.

Build the ability to work as a team player.

A willingness to broaden your knowledge by learning new skills, tools and approaches

Be ready to showcase your skills and the learnings during the training window in form interviews.

Requirements

A minimum of BE or equivalent Under Graduation completion without any standing arrears

Basic knowledge of any Programming language and Data structures.

Excellent written and Oral communication skills.

Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Understanding of SDLC and how software works.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Ability to work in a team.

Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.

Preference will be given to candidates with certifications in Data Engineering, Analytical Implementation Engineering, Salesforce Development, QA Automation, DevOps, Java Programming or Data Science

Good to have

Experience working in or developing a software application.

Any participation in Hackathons and ability to demonstrate the experience

Knowledge and difference between frontend, middleware and Data layers of a Software architecture.
