Fresher Assessment Process
Most IT, consulting, and SaaS firms follow a standardized selection cycle for campus and off-campus graduates:
- Online Test (Aptitude & Coding): Basic logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and 1-2 coding problems covering arrays, strings, or math.
- Technical Interview: Core fundamentals check on Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), SQL queries, and DBMS.
- HR / Managerial Round: Assessment of communication skills, behavioral adaptability, willingness to relocate, and project contributions.
