We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Programmer I to join our Continuous Improvement team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. This is a hybrid position based in our Bangalore office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Manager – Continuous Improvement.

What you will do in this role

Application Development

Develop web-based applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, or React.

Build and maintain backend application components using Python, Core PHP, and Google Apps Script.

Participate in technical design and development activities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Enhance and optimize existing applications based on evolving business requirements.

Automation & System Integration

Develop automation solutions that streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Build and maintain integrations across systems and platforms to enable seamless data flow.

Database & Solution Optimization

Design and write efficient SQL queries using MSSQL and MySQL.
