We are seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support 24/7 operations for Azure-hosted SaaS platforms. The role focuses on Azure infrastructure management, containerized workloads, and CI/CD, ensuring high availability, security, and operational stability through effective cloud infrastructure management and continuous improvement.

More specifically, you will:

• Provide 24/7 operational support for Azure-hosted SaaS platforms, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.

• Support the administration of Azure infrastructure, including compute, networking, security, storage, and identity services under defined governance standards.

• Assist in operating and supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes environments.

• Support database management activities in Oracle and Cassandra database.

• Support deployment activities and planned maintenance windows with minimal customer impact.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related production issues and escalate when required.

• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams while maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Who are we searching for

We are looking for a motivated Associate Systems Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud operations, or SaaS platform support. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure, including resource management, compute, networking, security, and storage services, and has supported Azure-based applications or SaaS platforms in production environments.

You have working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments and understand deployment processes within CI/CD pipelines. You possess basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to support operational tasks and are comfortable using GitHub for version control and collaboration.

You have experience supporting database environments such as Oracle and Cassandra, including basic administration and troubleshooting of performance, connectivity, and availability issues. Additionally, you are capable of supporting and troubleshooting Java-based applications, analyzing logs, identifying runtime issues, and coordinating fixes with development teams.

You have experience working in shift-based or 24/7 production support models, demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments while adhering to operational standards and documentation practices.
