Job Description

Designation- Graduate Trainee Engineer

City-Country- Pune, India

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in IT, your primary goal is to embark on a journey of professional growth within our dynamic IT department. This role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong passion for technology, providing hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities to kickstart your career in IT.

You will report to the Engineering Manager, IT and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training programme to acquire experience in IT technologies, systems, and methodologies.

Collaborate with senior IT professionals to gain insights into real-world IT operations, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Help enhance IT systems, and infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, contributing technical expertise to achieve project goals.

Analyse technical challenges and partner with experienced engineers to propose creative solutions that improve the effectiveness.

Stay updated with industry trends and latest technologies to contribute to the use of IT solutions.

Follow IT best practices, quality assurance processes, and security protocols to ensure reliability and security of IT systems.

Help maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations; create reports as needed by IT projects.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.

Experience with technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT.

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Positive communicator with a collaborative approach

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Consistently attentive to details and committed to delivering high-quality work.

CGPA of 8 or above.

SQL coding skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (.NET, Java, Python, etc.).
