🎯 What Success Looks Like in This Role

AI-Augmented Product Management

Use AI tools to assist in market research, competitive analysis, user research synthesis, and documentation.

Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques to improve research and writing productivity.

Collaborate with senior product managers to define requirements using AI-assisted workflows.

Continuously explore emerging AI tools and best practices for product work.

Product Execution

Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Support discovery through customer calls, surveys, and data analysis.

Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to ship features end-to-end.

Track product metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

Participate in product reviews and cross-functional discussions.

AI-Aware Product Thinking

Eligibility Criteria

BE/B.Tech ; Computer Science, IT, or Engineering background.

Graduating in 2026.

Academic Requirement: Minimum 80% (or equivalent CGPA) in 10th, 12th, and undergraduate/postgraduate studies, with no active backlogs and no history of backlogs/arrears.

Strong understanding of business fundamentals, market analysis, and structured problem-solving frameworks.

Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and databases is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

Demonstrated interest in AI-assisted product work through projects, case competitions, internships, or personal initiatives.

Skills (Preferred)

Strong fundamentals of product thinking, market sizing, and prioritization frameworks.

Basic knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar).

Understanding of REST APIs, SaaS, and web technologies at a conceptual level. F

amiliarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).

Exposure to AI development tools, LLMs, or Agentic AI frameworks is a plus. P

ersonal projects, case studies, internships, or hackathons are highly valued.
