Role overview
As an Engineer, you will contribute to building and supporting scalable technology solutions across full-stack applications and enterprise platforms such as Workday and VNDLY. You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software components and integrations that power critical business capabilities.
You will gain hands-on experience with modern engineering practices, cloud-based technologies, enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks while contributing to high-quality and reliable solutions.

🎯 What Success Looks Like in This Role
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software components and integrations
Contribute to full-stack application development using modern programming languages and frameworks
Support enterprise application engineering activities across platforms such as Workday and VNDLY
Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities
Assist in building secure, reliable, and high-performing applications and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions
Participate in functional, integration, regression, and automation testing activities
Troubleshoot operational and production issues with guidance from senior engineers
Contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluation of new technologies
Follow engineering best practices, including coding standards, change management, and incident management processes
Learn and contribute to application architecture, system design, and operational excellence initiatives
Monitor application health, system performance, and integration reliability
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
0–2 years of software engineering or application development experience
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, or similar
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and APIs
Familiarity with web applications, distributed systems, or cloud technologies is a plus
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Workday, VNDLY, or other SaaS applications is preferred
Understanding of integrations, APIs, and automation concepts is beneficial
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
