Hiring | Full Stack Developer – Backend Heavy

Nexolvi.ai is looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our engineering team on a remote basis.

At Nexolvi.ai, we are building technology products around CRM, customer engagement, campaign management, marketing automation, analytics and AI. We are looking for someone who enjoys backend development, solving technical problems and working in a fast-paced product environment.

Role Details

Position: Full Stack Developer – Backend Heavy

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Remote

Engagement: Initial 3-month contract

Extension: Further tenure will be considered based on performance and business requirements

Technical Skills

Must have:

Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS

Good hands-on experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with Redis

Understanding of RabbitMQ / message queues

Good understanding of AWS

Experience building and integrating REST APIs

Good understanding of Git and GitHub

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Frontend:

Working knowledge of React / Next.js

AI Development Tools:

Experience or willingness to work with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools

Good to Have

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:

CRM applications

Campaign management systems

Marketing automation

Lead management / lead-generation platforms

Analytics-based applications

SaaS / multi-tenant products

AI-based applications
