As our AI & Software Engineering Intern, you'll sit at the intersection of product, data and engineering, building real solutions used in live environments and seeing how technology creates value across advisory and investing.

What You Will Be Doing

Internal tools & software: building custom tools, dashboards and full-stack solutions used across the platform and our advisory firms

Data infrastructure: structuring data and pipelines that turn what we learn into a durable, queryable advantage

Applied AI: prototyping AI-assisted workflows, agents and automations that make real work faster

Architecture & evaluation: assessing tools, platforms and architectures, and making clear build-versus-buy recommendations

Delivery: shipping solutions into live environments, from the first map of a workflow to a working product

Communication: turning technical work into clear solution outlines, write-ups and case studies

Who Should Apply

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

Full-time availability required

Currently in your final year of, or recently completed, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. We care more about what you've built than the exact discipline

Comfortable with modern web frameworks, front-end and back-end, and eager to work across the stack

Hands-on fluency with AI tools, and experience building with LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, vector databases or open-source AI tooling

Exposure to data platforms, analytics or cloud infrastructure

A strong problem-solving instinct aimed at real-world business challenges

A self-starter who has built something of their own, a project, app, tool or side build, and goes deeper than asked

Genuine interest in finance, private markets, tech or B2B advisory
