About the Team

The Data Management & Insights [DMI] team is responsible for making client data accessible to stakeholders by systematically acquiring and ingesting it. The team also utilizes advanced analytics techniques to generate valuable insights for L&H Reinsurance.

🚀 Role Overview

The Data Management & Insights [DMI] team is responsible for making client data accessible to stakeholders by systematically acquiring and ingesting it. The team also utilizes advanced analytics techniques to generate valuable insights for L&H Reinsurance.

Since the entire team is in Bangalore, we are looking for this candidate to be in Bangalore for the best experience.

Main tasks/activities/responsibilities:

In this role you will have the following key business responsibilities:

Design, map, code, and test onboarding of client datasets

Perform data quality checks during data ingestion to ensure that end users can use the client data with minimal downstream enrichments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize business processes

Analyze and determine best path for solving business opportunities/issues which may include process improvements, application/system enhancements and/or end-user training

Conduct data analysis to answer specific business questions or to support new initiatives.

About You:

Understanding of ETL processing, and data integration concepts

Experience in SQL and Python coding

Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc.)

Proven strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking

Effective communication skills, and the ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely
