Eligibility
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme :
You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell
You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master's or PhD degree.
You need to have less than three years of professional experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
