- Initial Screening
A quick call to get to know you, learn about your background and goals, and share more about what we’re building. We’ll also answer any questions you have about the team.
- Technical Interview

A high-level design interview

A practical coding session with a lead, working on a real problem from our codebase. We encourage you to use AI tools and anything else you normally would—we want to see how you actually work.
