Join us as a Graduate at Shell India where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders. The role will be based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, Mumbai. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are May & August 2026.

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme : You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master's or PhD degree. You need to have less than three years of professional experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have valid work authorization for India.
