Full Stack Developer – MERN

Job Description

Webmark is a product-first technology company that builds and owns its own SaaS platforms, alongside running a digital agency that serves clients worldwide.

The role: You’ll be primarily working on Webmark’s in-house SaaS products — building features, improving existing systems, and shipping code that real users depend on.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features on Webmark’s in-house SaaS products using React and Node.js
• Work across the full stack — frontend interfaces, backend services, and REST APIs
• Ship frequently in fast, iterative development cycles
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to design scalable, reliable systems
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing
• Write clean, well-structured code and continuously improve what’s already there
• Debug issues, improve performance, and take ownership of the things you build

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of professional development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development fundamentals
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving instincts
• Ability to pick up new systems and codebases quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Familiarity with serverless, Docker, or modern deployment workflows
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
