Role Description

We are looking for a SW QA Engineer. You will report to the Director of System Integration & QA, Broadband business unit.

Responsibilities

• Test multidisciplinary Embedded Systems (SW/HW).

• Responsibility for features’ testing starting from integration till end-to-end functional testing.

• Define clear test plans that cover all use cases and scenarios.

• Execute testing to verify functional behavior of the products and to ensure their quality in an Agile environment.

• Work in scrum team in agile mode.

• Execute automatic tests using existing framework and analyze the results.

• Provide requirements for automatic tests.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of an Embedded System (HW/SW)

• Experience in QA methodologies

• Linux knowledge

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar field, or an equivalent experience

• Networking knowledge (Layer 3) - advantage

• Knowledge of RF testing equipment, traffic generators, network sniffer - advantage

• Python or other scripting knowledge, experience in test scripts execution – advantage

• DOCSIS / PON (Passive Optical Network) knowledge - advantage

• Agile working methods – advantage
