This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and work alongside experts on real-world projects. \n\nEligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Materials Technology or Chemical Engineering. Year of Graduation: 2023, 2024, or 2025. Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). \n\nKey Skills & Knowledge Areas: Strong fundamentals in Material Science (metals, polymers, chemicals) and Sustainability. Knowledge of PLM Tools is an advantage. Excellent Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills (pivots, macros etc) and PowerBI is desired. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. \n\nRoles & Responsibilities: Support Sustainability team in Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) of Target trucks. Support team in preparing carbon mitigation roadmap and idea generation. Support team in preparing mitigation strategy for PFAS, Heavy Metals, Substances of Concern (SOC). Support team in End of Life (ELV) calculations. Learn and apply Volvo’s engineering standards and procedures. Participate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparation. \n\nProgram Duration: As per NATS guidelines. \n\nTrucks Technology & Industrial Division hire team players who are ready to create real customer impact.
