Job Description

We are looking for high-potential Full Stack Developers from the 2026 graduating batch who are eager to begin a transformative career journey with us.

Roles & Compensation:

• Specialist Programmer L3 – ₹21 LPA
• Specialist Programmer L2 – ₹16 LPA
• Specialist Programmer L1 – ₹10 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Joining Bonus
• Digital Specialist Engineer – ₹6.25 LPA + ₹75,000 Joining Bonus

Assessment Framework:

• The selection process will be conducted in two stages: Round 1: Virtual Assessment (Online) and Round 2: In-Person Assessment & Interview (at designated centres).
• Each round is 3 hours long and includes programming challenges of varying difficulty levels.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Year: 2026 only
• Courses: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc (5-Year Integrated)
• Branches Include: Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, ECE, EEE, and allied CS/IT disciplines
• Academic Criteria: Simple average of all semesters/years (including electives, labs, languages, etc.).
