Role: Graduate Apprentice Trainee
Course Specialization: Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics and Communication/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Civil Engineering/Electronics Engineering
Eligibility
Graduating Batch: 2024, 2025 & 2026 (Only for Freshers)
50% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering
No Backlog/No ATKT
Maximum 2 years of educational gap.
Candidate should not have signed Apprenticeship Contract with any other company (NATS) also shouldn't have UAN generated.
Monthly Stipend INR 25000/-

Hiring Location: Pune & Sanand
The selected Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/roles/BU.
Candidate will be provided with hands-on experience which will enable to become employable.
Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations comprising Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning and automotive components and aggregate development.
Build on the Technical knowledge in the academia through exposure to industrial work.
Improve Knowledge, Skill and Attitude by developing understanding on Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production supervision, Maintenance activity, Part procurement and Quality management systems.
Develop understanding and implementation skills of Problem Solving.
Exposure to cross functional working.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
