Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Learn and understand organizational processes, tools, and project requirements.
• Support in day-to-day activities and assigned tasks across different departments.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, data management, or project execution based on role allocation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive work habits.
• Participate in training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and assessments as part of the development plan.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes.
• Basics of anyone programming language (Java / Python / C# / JavaScript)
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Basics of Git & GitHub
• Understanding of OOP Concepts
• Basic understand of SQL queries

Qualifications

• BE / MCA / BCA / B.Sc graduates from the year
• Minimum 7.0 CGPA or equivalent academic performance.
• No active backlogs at the time of application.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
